This policy explains what personal information Moorte ("we", "us") collects at moorte.com, why, and what your choices are. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell our products and stay in touch with people who ask to hear from us.

01 Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy, our reseller Paddle collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information to process the order. We receive limited order details (such as your name, email, and what you bought) from Paddle. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Email signup. If you request our free chapter or join our list, we collect the email address (and any name) you provide.
• Basic site analytics. We may collect anonymous usage data (such as pages visited) to understand and improve the site.

02 How we use it

• To deliver the products you buy and provide support.
• To send the free resource you requested, and, if you opted in, occasional emails about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To improve our products and website.

03 Who processes your data

We use trusted third parties to run the business: Paddle (payments and order processing, as Merchant of Record) and Kit (email delivery). These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

04 Data retention

We keep purchase records as required for accounting and legal purposes, and email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

05 Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email notes@moorte.com and we'll act on your request.
