These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Moorte ("we", "us") at moorte.com. By buying or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.
We sell original digital products, currently "The Anti-Slop SaaS Content System" and "The Anti-Slop Workbook," delivered as downloadable PDF files. These are educational guides. They are not professional, legal, financial, or guaranteed-results advice.
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you buy, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, and Paddle handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your transaction.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the files or their substantial contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
All content, text, design, and graphics in our products are owned by Moorte and protected by copyright. The license above does not transfer ownership.
Products are delivered electronically, normally immediately after a successful purchase, via a download link and/or email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle.
You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Outcomes from applying the methods depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, citations, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
